Join Our Team! 2023 Open Positions
Construction Foreman:
The position requires knowledge of plants and hardscape procedures; 3 years minimum experience overseeing crew installing high-quality landscape construction projects. Must be able to understand landscape plans, will need a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and required to lift heavy objects more than 80 pounds.
Construction Field Crew:
The position requires installing high-quality landscape designs including hardscapes. Will be required to lift heavy objects of more than 80 pounds. Participate in training and safety programs. Experience is a plus, we will train.
Maintenance Field Supervisor:
The position requires thorough knowledge of landscape maintenance and property enhancement procedures; 3 years minimum experience as a supervisor or foreman overseeing and maintaining high-end residential properties including managing multiple crews. Excellent understanding of maintenance and horticultural practices; horticulture degree or certificate, Landscape Industry Certified and bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
Maintenance Foreman:
Position responsibilities include the supervision of the Maintenance Field Crew. Work with the Account Managers/Field Supervisor to understand and implement the daily work schedule, inspection of field crew work to ensure it meets and exceeds company standards. An understanding of routine maintenance procedures is required. 1 to 5 years minimum experience as a field crew member. Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean record. Landscape Industry Certified and bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Maintenance Field Crews:
The position’s responsibilities include mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, pruning, mulching, and more, in caring for our client’s property. Will be required to lift heavy objects of more than 80 pounds. Participate in training and safety programs. We will train.
Irrigation Service Technician:
The position requires the ability to perform seasonal contracted services: startups, midseason audits, shutdowns, and overall operation of the irrigation system. Troubleshoot, resolve, and repair problems. Modify existing irrigation systems correctly and efficiently. Customer service professional presence & attend to customers’ irrigation questions/needs. Landscape low-voltage lighting repairs and modifications will also be required. 3 years of productive experience. Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean record and be able to follow a given schedule and work as a team member and independently. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
